UserList is a complete list of all current users.
The list include user's name, email, url, tel etc.
You can modify your own property, by clicking the 
write icon. You can change the email, URL, tel, and leave a memo.
You can see other user's property, but can not modify it.
Administrator can modify all of current users' contact information via System Settings.
