Meeting Room

Meeting Room is an online meeting room application. Users can start a new meeting, enter the meeting, talk about something, end the meeting, save the meeting records, then quit.

Click on New Meeting to start a new meeting. The user who starts a meeting is called "presider". He will be responsible for writing the meeting notice, choosing meeting participants(attendee), and then at the end of the meeting, send meeting records to meeting participants.

Presider must specify the topic and content of the meeting notice, the participants, and the start time of the meeting. Click on "Post", the meeting notice will be sent automatically to all of the participants' internal message box.

You will see the newly added meeting topic in the Meeting List.

Click on the meeting topic to see the meeting details.

Click on Enter the meeting room to enter the meeting room. Please notice you can not enter the meeting room before the Start Time.

Meeting participants can leave the meeting room by clicking on Quit.

Presider (who starts the meeting) can not leave the meeting room without ending the meeting.

Users can use SMS to send short messages directly to online meeting users.

After the presider click on End of Meeting, a pop-up window will appear. The presider can then choose to send meeting records to all of the meeting participants' internal message box.
