You can use Bulletin to share the information with all members of your company.

If you are using Bulletin for the first time, you will need to run the bulletin setting first. Click on Settings, enter administrator's password, and click Login.

Click on Settings for Each Bulletin Board, Click on Add to add a new bulletin board. Enter the new board's name, click on Register to save. You can create more boards if needed.

Click on Back to Settings Menu, click on Bulletin Board List to back. Click the newly created bulletin board name in the Bulletin Board List to enter the board.

Click on Post an Article to post a new article. Don't forget to select a bulletin board name first, then enter the article title and message body. You can add one or two attachments to the new article. Click on Post to post it to the bulletin.

The newly posted articles will be displayed on the top of the page.

You can click on a board name to see the articles list

Click on Search to search for a specific article.
