How do I change my password?
After login, click on the Change Password at the bottom of the page, then enter the new password twice. Click on Modify to save.

What if I forgot my Username or Password?
Simply contact your system administrator, or click on System Settings, then input the authorized password to enter the system setting page. You can modify a user's password here.

Are there limits to the number of contacts, documents or emails I can have?
There is no limit to the number of contacts, documents or email you can store within your Intranet. It only depends on how much storage space is available on your server's hard disk.

What is the largest file I can put in the Cabinet?
Though we recommend that users limit the size of their documents to less than 10 megabytes, we have tested much larger files with varying degrees of success. The main factor in determining maximum file size is server hardware. We can work with you in determining the right hardware configuration to match your file upload needs.
