What do I do if I forget my administrator password?
You should ensure that the password is kept in a safe place. If
you loose administrator's password, you will need to Contact support.
How to add new users?
Click System Settings at the bottom of the main page, click Add
and then enter the user's details in the form presented to you.
Are there limits to the number of Users I can add?
The number of concurrent users you can add to your Intranet
depends on how many users have been authorized for your Company. If you are using the
trial version of InstaIntranet you are allowed a maximum of 2 free users. To determine the
number of Users you are authorized for , after you login, click on the Main Page, then
scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you will find current version of InstaIntranet
and the number of Licensed User Count.
What about security?
InstaIntranet provides security at several levels: Personalized
Access: Every InstaIntranet user must sign on with the correct User ID and Password.
Access Rights: Only authorized users have access to your InstaIntranet. Since your
InstaIntranet Manager controls access to information, documents and files posted by other
users, your InstaIntranet users see only what they are authorized to see. Secure
Transmission: Documents, e-mail attachments and other files transmitted to InstaIntranet
using the InstaIntranet are sent over encrypted communication channel. Storage: Documents
and other files stored in your InstaIntranet using the InstaIntranet are secured on our
servers with advanced encryption technology.
